    Abandonment of a child
Hello, I'd like to know what is considered abandonment of a child in the state of Florida?

According to your other post what she did is not considered abandonment.
Child abandonment is when a person leaves an infant or child alone and without care and/or with the intent of permanently giving up care and custody of the infant or child.

Abandonment of a child is taking off and leaving your child behind and not come back. But if your going to do that or even think about doing that you are a very horrible person and you don't deserve to have your kids.
