Get married first, then apply for student visa for yourself and dependent visa for her concurrently.

According to new citizenship law, a child born to non-resident couple in UK do not obtain British citizenship.

Your questions are confusing... are you married? Or are you going to get married soon? Or..?

The FAM does not have a dollar amount for the US consular officer to use for F-1 visa issuance.

As an F-1 student and F-2 dependent spouse, you need to show you have enough funds to pay for your tuition and all living expenses for the period noted on your SEVIS I-20. The reason is that the F-1 and F-2 are not work authorized visa classifications so you must have enough in savings to show you will not need to work for the time you are in the US as an F-1/F-2. Use the dollar estimate on the I-20 as a guide.

Please note that there are exceptions to the general rule of no work authorization, but since you are now applying for the visa, it is not recommended that you look into any of those.

Good luck to you and study hard.
