    Filing for abandonment
How can Ifile fro abandonment by my husband of 8 1/2 years of marriage. I was very frustrated with my husband about him not really helping around the house other than driving me to work and he complains about that.I let him drive all 4 of my cars that he has torn up and I'm without a car now. I pay all the bills and rise the children. We have a daughter . I don't know really what I can file, he has left us with notice or call. No money and I'm jammed with bills an he isn't paying anything. He has been gone for three weeks now, what can I do legally?

You can file for divorce and possibly get spousal support. You can also get child support.

What is it that you are looking for?

He has not abandoned you, so why would you file for abandonment?

You want a divorce plain and simple. Research the Dicvorce laws for your state and then file for divorce. Hiring a lawyer to do so is a good idea.
