If you are 80 years old I would be going to your doctor for a check-up.
Unfortunately for some people it is something that gets harder with age.

Have you had your prostate checked recently?

Do you have a live in partner? If so how old is she/he? What do you do for stimulation? I have a few suggestions: Try watching a sex (porno) tape before. Hire a stripper or go to a strip joint, get aroused and go home and knock it out the box.
