I was wondering if I could be pregnant? My last depo shot was in Sept. of 08 and I have not been sexually active until recently. I had intercourse with my boyfriend and about week later for one day I spotted and have been feeling pregnancy symptons since then. I thought maybe it's the depo but the symptons are not going away. The symptoms I am feeling are soar breasts, constipation, been really irretable, and it feels weird down there. Like I could be pregnant. Should I take a test and what are the odds of me getting pregnant after 6 months of being off the depo. Also I still not have received my period since the last shot except that little bit of spotting. Please help me very confused.

The depo shot is only good for 12 weeks, so if your last shot was September 2008 and this is April 2009, you are no longer protected by the shot. You very well may be pregnant.
