    Headache after masturbation.
    I am a 23yr old male. I am 6ft and weigh 80kg.
I masturbate once a week. The problem with me is that whenever I masturbate I feel a little tired and if I masturbate at night, the next morning is very tiring and I also have a very bad pain in my head the next morning. M I weak? Do I need to eat something other than my proper food? I guess I eat healthy enough. Can somebody help me?

When was the last time you had a full check-up by your doctor because this calls for a doctor visit.

Well to tell you the truth.. I never had one. What could be the problem? Is going to the doctor very necessary?

Something about your blood pressure is off-kilter. Yes you need to see a doctor.

6 ft and 80 kg you are within normal BMI range But I will check this.. okay.

You probably have low blood pressure. The masturbation will increase the blood flow to your brain and is probably causing these headaches. This can be a sign of other problems. Headache after orgasm is reason to be CT or MR scanned. Go to a doctor.

Don't assume everything is fine because you are young. Lots of conditions that need attention can cause this... including some you might be born with. Best to make sure everything if fine than assume it is and find out otherwise in a hospital. And many serious condition have no symptoms you would "Feel".

I'm a firm believer in annual physicals. Head off conditions before they become serious conditions... and find out about sertain others that could be serious in the right conditions.

A single example being a Mitral Valve prolapse... you can die of old age never knowing you have it. But get mouth bacteria into the blood during a routine dentist visit for a tooth cleaning and it can lead to a fatal heart infection unless you pretreat with antibiotics every visit.

    Just one of many examples.

Headaches from an orgasm trigger is a well known trigger.

I believe there are treatments to keep it at bay.

I would consult a neurologist assuming your general health is OK.

The only thing that gets me is usually coital headaches occur close to the event... before, during, or soon after.

To the OP'er... have you tried taking analgesics beforehand?

Still, as already mentioned, I think its worth talking to a med provider.
