There is no good diet pill to use. Sorry.

I can only say determination, cutting back on your portions, therefore calories, walk, jog and if your calories are low enough, you are bound to lose weight. My tried and true method. Salads, chicken, lean beef, low fat low sodium soups (start reading labels at the store). Soups are good for lunch, with a small salad, excellent way of getting fibre so you eliminate properly.

The best diet pill out there is:

    Dedication

Dedication to exercising and eating healthy that is. If you haven't notice diet pills usually state that they are effective with "diet and exercising combined".

Sorry, you got to do it the old fashioned way.

    Portion control.

There is no miracle diet pill. Even the prescription ones have a very small effect. Xenical, for instance, is a prescription only drug which has some very nasty side effects (ever heard of "Anal slippage"?) and over a year, you can expect to lose 6lb more than someone taking a placebo.

Your best bet is to buy a small scales or measuring spoons, and a pedometer. Walk more, eat less. Go to bed on time. Turn off the TV. Both of those things tend to result in weight loss.
