Hey my girlfriend has a warrant in Washington for fighting and using a skateboard as a weapon, we moved to Arizona and are wondering is there anything she can do to avoid going to jail such as probation or house arrest and if not can she get a job or will the police come to her job and get her.

The warrant was issued because she didn't show up for court. If she had done what she was supposed to, probation may have been an option.

If she even gets pulled over for speeding, she's going to be arrested. Tell her to make it easier on everyone and turn herself in.

Warrants never expire and she could very well be apprehended at the DMV when she changes over her driver's license.
