I am 19 yrs. Old and was arrested recently for underage consumption and using a fake ID. This is a first offense for me. Is it possible for these charges to be expunged from my record after court proceedings? Thank you.

You have not be convicted yet, right? If you are convicted you can petition the courts to explunge at a later date but they will not do it the day you get convicted.
