Ok so this would be my second child, I had a my son January 29, 2008 now its April of 2009, I received the depo shot on the 1st of April my first type of birth control since before I was pregnant for the first time, well me and my boyfriend had intercourse the second day after I received the shot so probably not even in my system for 48 hrs may have not exactly sure he went in side and that continued to now. Now about 2 weeks ago I thought I should take a pregancy test which I did came out negative but I was still concerned called the OBGYN offcie they said unlikely you are but just to make sure take one in about a week or so around the first of may I also started light bleeding around the 15th or18th of April and its still continuing only when I wipe though or just a little on my underwhere well this last Saturday on the 25 of April I squeezed my brest and noticed lactation of white milk or sticky substance coming out that concerned me so I then took 2 pregnancy test and they both came out positive, I then went on Monday 27to get blood work that came back negative because the number was so low, then I took another pregancy test a different brand then before and that came back negative. Now I'm confused if I'm actually pregnant or not, or what is going on. I feel like I am but I don't know if I'm just thinking that because I've had all these symptoms or if its just to early to tell I would only be 3 maybe 4 weeks along. Any idea's or answers please.

The depo shot can mess up your flow.

OK what about all the pregnancy and blood test?

All you can do is go back to the doctor.

It's hard to determine whether you are pregnant or your body is reacting to the shot.

Have you scheduled another appointment?

I think you need to follow up with your doctor.

Yes I have appt. today at 2pm but the only thing is with a pregnancy test you have to have the hormone to show up positive

So how did the doc appointment go?

I don't know, its at 2 its only 10:22am here ha, but yesterday the blood test just came out negative

Oh sorry my bad its 4.22pm here I'm in Ireland best of luck with it though! It sounds like if the blood test came back negative then you should be fine it could be the contraceptive that is throwing the pregnancy test off normally the blood test would be the final say best of luck hun :)

But may I add I also have been feeling sick, tired, stomach cramps not bad or hurtful really just kind of like there's something in there.

Mmm maybe its your imagination running away with you I know when I had a pregnancy scare I was convinced that I was pregnant until I went to the doc sometimes your mind can run away with you saying that you could be very well pregnant I suppose the only way to put your mind at rest is this appointment later today keep us posted :)
