I've been bleeding orange blood, like pumpkin orange, and My abdomen has been hurting real real bad. Its about a week before my period is suppose to start? I'm worried that something's wrong? Should I be, or no? I'm 16 and I think it might be cause I'm anemic? (im not sure I am, but it's possible).

Please help, should I tell my mom? Or keep it to myself?

Please tell your mom so she can be aware of this and take you to the doctor asap. Your health is nothing to play around with.
