    Aspirin, liver and kidneys
I get migraines sometimes and I was wondering what effect Aspirin has on the liver and kidneys. I try not to take it too often or too much, but I may take a lot on a bad day. Does taking it on a full stomach reduce risk of complications?

    Some answers are here:

ASPIRIN - ORAL (Ascriptin, Bufferin, Cama, Easprin, Ecotrin, Empirin) side effects, medical uses, and drug interactions.

I take a prescription product for migraines which contains aspirin and can can be taken as (2 x 325 mg) 3x per day. I've taken it for maybe 30 years. I do have liver function tests done for other reasons. So, that dose appears safe.

Gastrointestinal bleeding would be the major side effects.
