Hello my dryer has been working wonderfully until yesterday. When I was starting a new cycle a sweatshirt that I had hanging nearby got caught in the dryer door. I tugged at the sweatshirt sleeve and then went to start the dryer. It would not start. I assumed that I caught the door switch and replaced that this morning and it still will not start. Could there be a reset switch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much...

Do you have any intructions you would have had when you bought the dryer?

Has you guarantee period run out?. if not ring them up they will tell you the problem or maybe visit.

I still think the door catch is responsible, too much of a coincidence for it to go wrong a second time.
Have you checked the wall fuse, are the wires in the plug still as they should be?

I suspect it is some sort of safety cut out within the dryer.. as you said just needs to be reset or maybe there is some fabric caught up in the mechanism somewhere.

Just a few things to check, hopefully someone will have an identical dryer will know what to do.
