Hi!

My daughter is Nov. 06 born i.e. 2 years + and she sleeps at 2200 hours and gets up at 0700 hours. If we let her take nap for 01 hour in the say then she would sleep by midnight... its difficult for us to keep our energy levels high for all day and night. And I think because she is not sleeping much she stays irritated at times while playing showing her impatient about every thing which results in not listening at times. It gets difficult to calm her when she gets upset... she stops listening and out of control.

Please advise what can help her be more relaxed and calm.

This site might be helpful for you. Trying to get her to go to bed earlier might be better for her. Children sometimes have a hard time sleeping when they're over tired.

When my daughter was 2, I stopped laying her down for naps because she wasn't sleeping well at night. Maybe your little girl is ready to give up her naps? You could try it once at least.
