I have 4 cats, and one of them is terrible! She urinates on our bench and our toaster, she jumps and runs away at the slightlest noises and poos inside! Is there anything I can do to help her?

When she gets on counters or unwated areas spray her w/ water.

Does she have a box to use, if so where is it located?And is she aware of it?

Never keep the potty box in the same place where they eat... that won't work.

SHe doesn't have a litter box, they are 5 years old and I don't want them getting in the habit of going toilet inside.

Go to animalanswers.synthasite.com and see what they have to say. As for me, I would bleach you counter tops and everything else hat she pees on to get ris of the scent so that she doesn't come back to it because it smells like the potty.

Sounds like they are already getting into that habit. A litter box might just solve your problem. Also, she might have a bladder infection? Go to a vet for a checkup?
