I am in Ohio and was put on probation in November for 2 yrs, 1 active 1 inactive, for being found guilty of physical control. I had an ovi conviction in 2005, but off probation for that. I am now being charged with criminal damaging, broke a car window. What am I facing with this new charge? Violation of probation and criminal damaging I am thinking but will this land me in JAIL??
