Apparently it is really easy, but I don't get it.

You just have to replace the sec and cot into their respective definitions. What is

$sec\theta$ ? It is $\frac{1}{cos\theta}$

$cot\theta$ ? It is $\frac{cos\theta}{sin\theta}$

Now you only have to simplify. :)
