    Submersible pond pump
I have a very small submersible pond pump (SmartPond 100-150) It is pumping the water through the flexible tubing but not forcing it through the frog spitter attached to the tube. The frog is not clogged and the tube is not clogged. What could the problem be? Do I need to let the pump run more than 10-15 minutes to generate enough pressure to force water through the frog?

Does this mean it goes through the frog after 15 min,

I would check the pump screen itself. Where it sucks the water in. It may look clean but there should be a hard plastic slotted bottom that may or should pop off. If the water there is restricted and or messing up the impeller to create a good suction then the pump pressure is lowered and has trouble building up pressure to operate its intended uses.
