    Try this.

Take her for a walk and when you do, take small treats with you, so that when she goes potty reward her right away. Then she will look forward to the treats, and so you are telling her if she pottys out side, then she gets one. So she will know that if she gets your attention, scratching the door/whinning at it Etc, then you'll take her out and she will do her thing and get a treat. Do not giver her any for any other reason though, as it may confuse her. You want her to go out side, and potty/pee so get her used to that idea, then slowly stop giving her treats. Then you can start training on something else.

    It's behaviourism psychology.

Peace and kindness be with you.
