    Wrongley advised
    What happens to a solicitor when they advice their clients incorrectley and it's a simple law issue they have over looked and the client is left with court cost and solicitors bills do they still get paid or can the client object to pay

    Yes they still get paid, in court for example in a civil law suit, each pays their attorney but only one will win, that is why most want paid up front before they go to court.
