Every time I have sex I can not feel anythiing or masterbate why is that please help

Truthfully, there could be several reasons for this, but really, you need to see a doctor to see what is really wrong.

When you have an orgasm after a lot of repetitive movement things down there can feel a little numb (or tingly), especially after a long session.

Best to check with your doctor though to make sure there is no serious problem.

Male? Female? Age? Number of partners? Success with others?

Your OP reads like you cannot get to orgasm during sex or with self stim after sex... does this mean you can get to orgasm with just self stim? Alone? With partner play? Oral?
