You are the exception to most cases.

I've dated two women who were able to have a multiple, as in twice in one session. And this was not a common event.

If you are seriously getting multiples, more power to you. I would say its not often that someone gets it right out of the gate. And some of it might simply have to do with how you are "wired". I dated one girl who could almost always get to orgasm with a just little work. And she could almost get there simply in tight pants. She was just sensitive to some things that drove her further over the edge. That was such a confidence builder for me.
