There are quite a number of things that cause this, including but not limited to iron deficiency and depression, as well as an entire list of medical conditions.

You would need to seek the advice of your health care professional for a proper diagnosis.

Yes, not enough sleep can cause this too.

You really should be checked out by your doctor. Unfortunately I am not allowed to prescribe via the internet. Also, I don't know where you live, apparently you are not in the US where I am, so the meds here would be different than what you have in your country.

The only thing I could prescribe would be good eating, sleeping and exercise habits. No vitamin will overcome the tiredness if you are not sleeping well.

Go see your doctor , get a blood test done, this will show if you are lacking in vitamins/ iron etc..

He will also give you a thorough check up just to be sure you have no underlying problem.

Sometimes the less you do the more tired you feel.

If you get the all clear from the doctor, try a jog around the block or maybe a bit of gardening, something physical that will get your circulation going.

Sometimes if you've been in this pattern for a while it's very difficult to get out of it.

Try to make the effort and don't burn the candle at both ends.. it does catch up eventually.
