Why are you interested in a guy that hates you? You can't force anyone to like you as a friend or romantically. All that you can do is make yourself a likable person and hope that special someone comes along who appreciates you as a person.

Side note: How old are you?

Why does he hate you? You are not stalking him are you? Have you ever noticed the things you chase seem to run? Those are questions I'd ask yourself and ponder over.
My suggestion would be to try and not crowd your subject of admiration, put some space between the two of you. The good news is that he's at least not indifferent to you- that's the kiss of death. Don't try any attention getting antics and pretend he doesn't exist. He may think to himself he misses all that animosity and run unhealthily into your arms but don't count on it. Find a boy that likes you and you'll be much happier.

You might be surprised. It's been my experience that sometimes when someone acts like they hate you, it's really because they like or admire you in some way, and maybe they are too shy or intimidated to show it, so it's easier for them to act the opposite.

Leave the guy alone and find someone that acutally likes you.

This is a no brainer for goodness sake. :(
