If the condom had a hole or broke, it could be yours or if after you took the condom off some how if your sperm came in contact with her vagina, you could be the father.

Can you clear that up, put commas where needed, and or periods. I can't tell what you are saying with out having to assume what you are saying.

I'm going to assume that you meant She told you she was pregnant, on the day of April 10th, you had not seen her 2 months prior.

Wait dude, it's April 24th, how can you "knew" do you mean "know"? Or she is 1 and a half months as of march 27th?

It will really depend on the dates and timing... but say you had not been with her since early February (two months prior to April 10)... and she was around 6 weeks pregnant on the 23rd of April, the baby could not be yours. She would be farther along if she got pregnant in early February. Also, because this early on the gestation of the pregnancy is usually determined from the last menstrual period, she would likely not actually be 6 weeks along from a fertilization view (most women do not conceive immediately after their period ends... it is usually a number of days, perhaps a couple of weeks afterwards that conception will occur)

The condom helps... but it is not 100% effective. Hopefully you put it on, and used it correctly, before any sort of penetration... this would improve the odds of its effectiveness.

You may want to think back carefully on the last time you were together, when she found out she was pregnant, and how far along she is... in weeks.

It always saddens me when women do not know for sure who the father of their baby is... (sigh)

Bottomline is no way to tell until a pregnancy test is done. So you wait for the birth and have the test done.

Go out on a limb and man up to your wife and tell her what's going on. When the time comes get tested and be "100%" sure. If you hide this and you are the daddy you will only make things worse, be truthful to your wife.

The other thing I was wondering is I know that I used a condom, I do have the hpv virus if she didn't have any std before we had sex and still don't does that also tell me its not mine

Not necessarily... condoms help reduce the likelihood of transmission... that is one of the selling points of condoms. She may already have hpv before being with you and not even know it... most people don't know they have it.

If you are correct on your dates, then you are not the father... but if you aren't totally sure, and the timing could put you in the running, only way you will know for sure is to be tested afterwards.

As Doula mentioned, the use of condoms decreases the likelihood of spreading the hpv virus. Also, if you did not have a breakout at the time the likelihood decreases even more.

As noted there is no way at all to tell till the baby is born and a DNA test is done.

Even when used properly condoms have a 3 percent failure rate, as normally used, because of poor usage methods, they are expected to have a 10 percent failure rate.

So yes it could be yours.
