I've known this guy about a year because we are in school together and he always has been the one to pursue me by talking to me, etc.. He looks at me a lot and just about a week ago we began exchanging very suggestive emails about wondering what it would be like to kiss each other and he wanted to know when. I saw him at school and took him aside and told him that I was attracted to him and that had been thinking about what we wrote and his response was that he was very shy. I get an email from him a couple of days later asking if I'm mad at him? Then he comes up to me in class and starts acting like we are just buddies as if nothing happened. I'm not sure what to do here so I just acted like nothing happened as well. That was yesterday and I won't see him again until Monday. What is going on?

I think both of you are just too shy to do anything. Your friendship with his is based on emails. How about you guys eat lunch together. Spend some time in person together and not depend on writings emails to court each other.

Ask him to hang out or go to a movie and kiss him passionately. YOu know you want to, and he is worried you don't like him, or he wouldn't have asked if you were mad.

Or ask him to go for a walk, and bam, out of the blue lay it on him. Ok OK, you have to lead up to it, get close and flirty, you know the look in the eyes, and then let it happen.

Since he is shy you just need to see what will get him out of his bubble, and into yours.

(Ok so this may be a little rude, but, I didn't mean it this way, that's why I changed it: "get him out of his box, and into yours." Yeah, I typed that first, but then I realised what some one might take that for and so I changed it. Haha. That's kind of funny. XD
