    Problems with ex!
Hi! Everyone, I'm new in these site I will appreciate you opinion on my problem.

I'm 22 years old and I have two beautiful children. I got separated from their dad on Nov. 2005 and since he has been bothering me. I'm just tired of it. I go to college and I work at night. I been doing a lot so that my kids have what they need. My ex doesn't give me money, he doesn't help me taking the kids to doctors appointments, he's always complaining about the kids etc... he just been doing my life miserable. But of course he demands me that he has to see his kids and I have to take them to him because he doesn't even have a car!! Well, I have a boyfriend and one day my ex and other two friends of him, went and look for my BF and brutally beat him!! The only thing that my BF could do was putting a restraining order but it has expired a year ago. Now my ex has been threating me that he's going to do it again and I'm very scared. He's been illegally here for the past 10 years, he was arrested a month ago and immigration took him out to Tijuana he came back and if the police gets him again, their taking him to jail for quite a time. My question is should I report him to the police or immigration? I just want to get over this and go on with my life and also because I been having problems with my BF. He says that my ex is always manipulating me on doing whatever he wants and I know it's true, is just that I'm scared of my ex!! What do you all think I should do?

    I wish

How about you go get a lawyer to help you with all your legal issues first. You should be entitled to some sort of child support from the father. The immigration issue and the criminal offences. Your current boyfriend should also get a lawyer because he can press charges against your ex for assault.

Two kids, school and work? You seem like a strong woman, but maybe you need some help from some sort of child services to give you advice and counselling so that you can ensure that you are acting in the best interest of your children.
