For some reason both my C: drive and my external hard drive are showing up under Computer Management>Device Manager but NOT under Computer Management>Storage>Disk Management.

Also, my Seagate external hard drive shows up as being read when in the folder My Computer, but will not register as being read by the software it came with to be able to interface with the settings on the external hard drive. If that makes sense.

The external hard drive was readable by the software it came with at one point. But I have no idea why it is not working now.

If someone could please help me figure out how to get my Disk Management to read my C: drive and my external drive AND how to get my software to read my external hard drive... I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you so much to anyone who can help me out with this!!

Or maybe to at least help provide some options as to why this is happening!! Thanks again!!
