I was having sex with someone that did not have sex in two years, and while having sex I was feeling swore, I 6 times that day in less the 5 hours. Then two days later I had a ingrown not in the middle of my penis between the top and the bottom, it started to get bigger and it stared to hurt me, then two days later it pop and blood came out if it. Is this something I need to worry about? Should I get tested and what do you think this is?

Yes, it's something you need to worry about. Get tested. It sounds a bit like syphilis to me.

Hmmm, did blood and pus come out, did it smell foul? Was it inflamed around the out side, with a soft center? If so may just be an infection, id go talk to the doc ASAP regardless. Better to be safe than sorry.

It maybe syphillis.

As syphillis starts as a raised red spot, which turns into an open sore (ulcer); However, it remains painless. The OP says it was sore. The sore doesn't bleed, but leaks a clear fluid that is highly infectious. The sore heals in 3 to 12 weeks, and the person seems fine. That is why many people don't get checked out. (I got my info from the book Merck manual of medical inforamtion.)
So, it seems unlikely syphillis, but I'm not a doctor.

No pus did not come out of it, and it did not smell foul. It just look like a regular boil.

I'd still go see a doctor. You never know. Even though it doesn't sound like syphillis it could still be something that "seems" to go away but really didn't. The two like that that I know of are, Herpes and syphillis.

Might as well get a whole STD check up and be releaved, that sit and stress about it. Not to mention you don't want to spread if you do have something eh? I'm sure it's nothing but, like I said before, "better safe than sorry".
