If you want to leave then leave. There is no point in staying in that relationship-- it'll just make you frustrated and she'll end up getting hurt and lead on.

If you want to leave then make your exit. Express to her directly you want out. Hopefully you don't give her "it not you but me line". Tell her why you want out so she can have closure.

Time to man up instead of dragging this break-up any further.

On a side note, I bet I know why this relationship isn't working. What to know what I think is lacking? Communication! Once this is lacking the relationship is doom to fail.

Tell her and then move on.

The best thing is to talk to her. She will respect your honesty. Also, if you have a straight-forward conversation with her, there will be no misunderstanding about your intentions of breaking it off.

Please, Please, Please, whatever you do- don't pull the ol' disappearing act! You know the one I'm talking about; where you just stop returning her calls and avoiding her. That's immature and makes it awkward when you see her again.

Give her the respect of talking to her directly.

Be honest, tell her how you feel and move on

You're just going to hurt her more in the long run by dragging this out. Not only that, if you try to break up with her again, she will just think that you will take it back again.

Tell her how you feel and don't look back. Of course she's going to be sad, do you expect her to be happy about it?
