I have finished my period over a week ago I had unprotected sex towards the end of my period and had unprotected sex twice in a day when it had finished I have been feeling pinchy pains around my ovary area and in my lower stomach the last couple of days I have had more headaches and this moring I have notice small discharge from both nipples I have never had this discharge before could I be pregnant??

Base on the information you gave it does not seem as thought you where pregnant, because you where not sexually active on the days you where ovulating. However sperm can survive for a few days in the tubes for 4-5 days I believe. But do you want to get pregnant? If the answer is no then you need to start with a birth control plan that works best for you.

In regards to the discharge, what color is the discharge? Do you have any pain in your breast?

We have been sexually active for a few months now and we are trying to have another baby the discharge is clear n sometimes looks white n only sometimes slight pain in the breast.

I am not a doctor, but you should see one, are your periods regular? Cause it may be a hormone imbalance. The fluid that is coming from the breast could be milk and its possible that you can be lactating. A few years back I had a problem similar to this where my oxytocin levels where elevated and I was not nursing, my breast wheren't leaking thought, but my doc said my brain was telling my body to produce breast milk. After a few months without treatment my hormone levels went back to normal, the bad part was my periods where irregular during that time. So talk to your talk and have him run some test.

You could be pregnant already... I might be wrong but, you should think of it as a possibility. I have 2 children, going on the 3rd one and LAST one now. With every single pregnancy, my nipples started leaking... right away.. that was my bodys reaction to the hormones I guess? Every person is different so, you should definitely talk to your doc! :-)
