    My daughter will be done with high school in 4.weeks, will her father have to pay child support long as long she is a full time student

    If she will be 18 on or before the date she graduates, no. We have no "college-level" support in California. This was debated many times in the legislature and consistently rejected.

    Did you have it included in your child support order from the court, It is not required in California

    Read your divorce settlement paperwork regarding payment of child support. It should be clearly spelled out in great detail there.
