    In my main panel, I have two 100 Amp incoming breakers. Does that equate to 200 Amp service?

    Do you mean a double 100A breaker? Two breakers with the handles tied?

    If so then no, this is a 100A service, not a 200A.

    No, they are two separate breakers.

    I looked at it wrong. They are two 100 Amp breakers in tandem. So 100 Amp service. How does one determine if an upgrade is needed?
