Okay I got an answer back about ameneded taxes! Now here is another question. They said the IRS don't direct deposit your refund.. How come my amended state refund got deposited what is the difference? Why don't they direct deposite federal?

Because some states WILL direct deposit ALL refunds, while the IRS will not.

It makes no sense! I know that, but it is just the policy of the IRS to not direct deposit amendment refunds.
