    Finding BPO jobs abroad
    Hi,

I am from India and working in a well-known BPO. I have 5 years experience in this industry and I am in a lead position now. I'd like to work abroad where the work culture and pay would be good. My intention behind this is to lead a good life and save few bucks. I want to work in USA/UK.

I read some where that South Africa is emerging as another BPO hub.

Please help me out with your suggestions on

    1) Which country would be good to work with good pay, good savings and good life?
    2) How about opportunities in USA/UK/South Africa/Malaysia/Singapore?
    3) From where I need to start and how to find a suitable job in the suggested country?

Please shoot your answers and help me out to get an understanding.

    Thanks in advance.

Guess it's a valid question. I think you got to look on and look out for the opportunities. There is nothing like a perfect job and in this BPO industry, its unstable as hell, as I suppose you might have noticed in your 5 years of BPO experience in India.
However, the trend in India is getting a bit too much and if you are looking for opportunities and a better growth, and as an Indian, I guess South Africa would be the ideal location for you. For that you need to search on the net and also genunine job consultants. Float your Resume/CV around and send it to the right person in companies in SA. I don't know how you negotiate with the sal, but its how you do it...
I wish you all the best.

(also, the person who gave the 1st answer, get your grammar correct. It's not A ***Hole, its "AN" ***hole. However, I do agree with his suggestion of working in India)
