    rct perforation
IS there an exact method of making out whether there is a perforation in a molar when x ray facility is not available?
a patient reported to me with an incomplete rct.. I thought there is a perforation in that tooth but I was not sure... I tried to put my files in what I thought was perforation and not canal but the patient did not have any pain and there was no bleeding as well...
is it necessary that it has to bleed if a file enters the furcation instead of canal in case of a perforation?

Usually a perforation will bleed... youll need an x-ray, but you can also use an electronic Apex locator (ie Root ZX). It should beep when you touch the perf with the file.
