    My husband & I have ITIN and our two children each have ssn, can we claim our children as dependents on our tax return. Also, can we claim eic for our children?

    You can claim your children on your tax return, AND you can claim the $1,000 Child Tax Credit for each child.

    However, you CANNOT claim the Earned Income Credit if there is an ITIN ANYWHERE on the tax return.
