I have a 13 year old daughter she is the best student in her 8th grade classes. She sings and takes singing lessons, she is in Barbizon. She is always yelling at me and correcting me and telling me she hates me. Always cutting me off and always putting me down. When I finally yell back at her she says that I am the crazy one. What do I do? It has been going on for a long time.:(

Who is the parent. Time to step up with the discipline

Stop all of her extra coricular activities that make her head bigger like modeling and singing. Sounds like she thinks her doo doo don't stink.

Also with girls this age(I have three) they seem to act out at this age till they are 16. If you love each other the phase goes away.

She treats you this way because you allow her to. Who is the parent and who is the child in this relationship.

She is taking what you give her for granted. Teach her a lesson and take it all away. Give something back only when and if she earns and deserves it.

This behavior happens because you let it put your foot down and show her who is boss if you don't she will never respect you
