Removed as in?? If you want to store things then yes. If you want to distribute things then no. Since your passing the estate through probate you might want to get an inventory and also take pictures of all items going into storage. If your wanting to sell the home you might be allowed to do that also. But the money would have to remain in trust until probate finishes.

And I will ask, why is it not in probate already, why have you already waited a year and going to wait another year.
