My blower doesn't work on my coleman evcon unit.
It works on heat but not on cool.
The outside unit kicks on and pumps cool air in but fan never comes on
Can you please help

Fan may have a problem, capacitor?
Does it spin free? If compressor is coming on, contactor is good and should also provide power to fan. If you have voltage to fan and capacitor is good, fan is bad.

It is the cooling fan relay that is not working if the fan works on heat.

I was thinking inside fan is working, and outside fan is not?
