I planted some wild flower seeds yesterday and we got some heavy rain and I realize now that the water puddles in that area so that won't work! Can anyone give me any ideas of perennials I can buy ready to plant that will survive in heavy water?

First I need to know what planting zone you are in and second I need to know if this is shade, part shade, full sun, part sun, etc and what kind of soil you have such as sandy, clay, etc.
I also need to know just what you consider a "lot of water" as there will be areas of your property that will pool the water due to the landscape being bare, etc.
Possibly your wild flowers will be okay if you planted them in a full sun area or part sun area as wildflowers can grow just about anywhere in all sorts of conditions.
I'm in zone 5. Yes it the area is all bare. The water pooling is due to no gutters around my shed. And it is in an area where sun will be about 7 hrs.
They should do just fine. With no ground cover water will of course pool in areas. Once the plants start up, you'll be just fine.
