    Car Accident
    I was recently in a car accident I was found not at fault ,but the other driver didn't have any insurance or driver license . And they were found at 100% at fault is there any thing I can do about it my car in none drivable. Can I sue them?

    Where are you? You would have to sue the other party - unless you carried uninsured motorist insurance which takes over in cases like this.

    You didn't carry collision insurance?

    Im in Louisiana and yes I have full coverage

    Then your company repairs your car. You sue the other driver for your out of pocket expenses.

    If the insurance company already determined you are not at fault I don't know why they didn't tell you this.

    Call your insurance carrier! Didn't you do that already? Tell them you need to file a claim.
