Hi david
We would need more info.
How many openings? Size of openings? Are roof rafters resting on any of the walls u want to open?
Answer these questions and we should be able to help u
Good luck
Chuck
You will need pre cast concrete lintels for any opening you make wider or new. Min bearing for the concrete lintels should be 4" or more.
Also temp supports may need to be erected depending on the opening sides to temp support truss depending on the side of the building you are cutting.
To cut the wall a concrete cutoff saw would be used here. 12" or 14" diamond blade is the ticket. The rental store should have it.
Northern Industrial Gas-Powered Cutoff Saw — 3.6 HP, Model# EHS350A | Concrete Saws | Northern Tool + Equipment
It also may come with a water hose connection on it. Which keeps the dust down. Use a good mask to cut.
Better details could help here. Do what you are asking all time.
