Is all sexual allegations treated as being true?
A friend of has been accused of sexual assault of a 14yr.old that was a step sister. She made allegations but through medical and flaw statements she has made... her stories are never the same. He was arrested 7 months after the allegations were made. CPS waited two months before they took her to a doctor to be checked out. They did zero rape kit on her and medical reports say no sexual activity noted. My friend has been waiting almost three yrs for this to go to trial. Since, then while she was in a foster home... the foster father is being accused of the something. He was arrested the day she made the allegations, and DNA tests were done... proving the foster father did have sex with her. This girl who is 17 now is getting both her stories mixed up and she is saying now what the foster father did to her , my friend now did it to her.I do not know how my friend can get a fair chance when this girls stories keep changing through out time. My friend has lost his job and never ever touched this girl. The DA refuses to release doctor reports and provide my friends attorney evidence. The DA is basing there entire case on " heresy". Is this usual for the DA to make a case out of nothing but an allegation?
