    Central ac have no power
Hi everybody, yesterday my electricity went out twice due to rain and when it came back I tried to turn on my ac it didn't work.I went out and check the breakers and reset them and still nothing happen,I went out to the exterior unit and open the connection box on it to see if it have any fuses in it,or if the condenser went bad but everything looked right in there,so I pushed the relay to close manually with my finger and the unit started till I released it .I taught it may be the thermostat went bad ,so I changed it but still nothing happen.so please tell me what I can do... thank you

Does your fan on your indoor unit run? If not your problem is in your furnace or airhandler

Well you should have a fuse in a little light switch besie or avove your furnace. Where the main power comes in.

If it is not that one or you do not have one there. Then there is a little car type fuse on the control board. Inside the bottom door.

If eather of the 2 are blown you will not get power to the t-stat thus the ac will not come on. I will be back on later. If you need more help.
