I have a Hampton Bay Redington IV 52" Ceiling fan.
It started swaying and is very off balance at higher speeds.
Need suggestion on solution or how to balance out fan blades.

At the big box stores or hardware stores they have weights to balance the fan blades. They have a clip that goes on the side to find the balance point and then the clip removed and the weight it stuck on top of the blade.

The old fashion way was Popsicle sticks on the top side of the blades.

If the fan was there a while check the mounting on the fan and the fan blade screws. Also the blades could be changed around to try and balance. Normally once a fan is balanced that last for a very long time. So check for tightness in the original installation
