    Foreclosure laws
My daughters house was foreclosed on, she was told she had to sell the house or be out
By May 5. by a judge, in the Pinellas county court system. In the meantime, the company that held her loan, sold the note to another company that called my daughter to find out about payments. Is the house foreclosed? Does she have until 5/5/09 to vacate? The new company did not seem aware that the house was in foreclosure and was willing to try and work with her.

If she can work out a payment plan with the new lien holder ( if it really is a new one, has she called the old one to be sure this is not a fraud of some type)

Crooks reading the foreclosures are known to contact people , pretend to make deals, get them to send 1000's of dollars to them, to find out they have nothing to do with the home loan.
