    Carb adjustment
I have an fl20 weedeater. The Carbureator needs adj. but has no adjusting screw.
Engine is running a little lean on fuel. Is their a special tool for making this adjustment?

    Thanks Ed King

Before trying to adjust the fuel end I would make sure the Fuel Filter is clean. This can restrict the fuel to carb and make it seem like its running lean.

Many 2 cycle small motors only have a air adjustment only because or air pollution.

This started back in the late 90s for the Sthil cutoff saws. That's probably why it looks "plugged" where the factory preset the fuel adjustment.

I can't find any adjustments, the unit is only been used three or four times. New in Dec 08
