    Capital panishment
Is it true.. That... whenever a judge pronounces the death sentence, the pen used to sign it is specially ordered for the act, the pen nib is broken on the judgement and the pen is totally destroyed afterwards!

What is the Reason and what is the story behind? Who started it..

    Thanks

Don't believe everything you read on line. I could not find anything that confirms this poster's claim. If its true its only true in India since most nations have abolished the death penalty.

There is no truth to this at all, at least in the US, unless perhaps it is one judges personal practice.
