I have 1995 model Esteem. Its AC was not working. I got the AC relay replaced. The gas that I had filled a month ago has leaked even though leak was checked before filling the gas. Mechanic checked something and said motor needs to replace. I took a second opinion from Maruti Authorised servce center and they say that they cannot check the condenser blower motor unless gas is there. . Guide as to what should be done?

You need to have that leak fixed first and most. Without the proper charge of refrigerant, then everything shuts down.
A dye needs to be put in, then a leak detection device needs to go over the whole system as soon as it's charged. Not a week later.
I like your second mechanic better.
Note: with proper charge, both fan motors will come on when a/c is switched on. If not, then one of the motors is bad. A good mechanic would "hotwire" the motors for you, just as a test procedure.
